I'm Dr Ib Rominiyi
I'm a specialist orthodontist used to treating 1000+ patients a year — but I only use fixed appliances and traditional removable appliances (so no aligners here).

When I finished my specialist training I was completely overwhelmed by all the decisions I had to make without the safety net of my mentors checking I was doing it right (or available to bail me out). Every month you'll submit your cases and receive in-depth Clinical Insights after I've personally analysed your plans. These are tailored to refine your clinical thinking and elevate the way you approach cases to help you to unlock your trickiest cases and set you up for success.
It enables you to build clear step-by-step plans with a deep understanding of the reasons behind every decision. I want you to really know what you're doing, not follow protocols blindly.

You'll see growth every month as you submit your cases and plans and work through your Clinical Insights. But you'll feel significant leaps every quarter when you experience our signature 1:1 Decisions Lab Sessions.
